My approach
I work with women who want to make a big change in how they live, love, work, or play. In my own life, I experienced profound losses, and also managed to make some pretty catastrophic choices. Therapy and yoga were essential to healing but it really was working with a coach that helped me to change the trajectory of my life.
None of us should have to settle for lukewarm love, so-so careers, and stalled dreams.
